First and foremost you MUST connect with a Medical Professional for a wellness exam/good faith exam to make sure you are eligible to take this medication. You can connect with your primary care doctor, or my clinic provides Good Faith Exams via Telehealth at no charge. You can click this link to find out more info.
To obtain this medication, it is imperative that you provide documentation indicating that a medical professional has deemed you a suitable candidate. It is not within my legal rights to perform a wellness exam or make any eligibility determinations. However, I am available to guide you towards healthy eating habits and maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle. Furthermore, under the supervision of my Medical Director, I am authorized to administer your injections, and other medical professionals are also available to assist as needed.
During your examination, consider saying something like this to your doctor: "I'm intrigued by the possibility of starting Semaglutide with a weight loss clinic. Can you tell me if I qualify for treatment and whether it might interfere with any of my current medications?" or "Would it be possible for me to begin Semaglutide through a weight loss clinic? And could it have any impact on the medication I'm currently taking?"
To proceed with medication, it is required to furnish an official doctor's note stating that you are fit to take it. Furthermore, it is necessary to ensure that your existing medications do not have any adverse impact, which I can verify, given that you have already undergone the examination. In addition to this, it is essential to provide the examination date, which can either be mentioned in the doctor's note or presented through a screenshot of the appointment date.

You will need to reconnect with a Medical Professional for a wellness exam/good faith exam if it has been more than 8 MONTHS.
To ensure proper dosing and efficacy, it is necessary for patients who have previously taken Semaglutide(Ozempic/Wegovy) to provide current medical records of their prescription. This will help us determine whether the dosage was appropriate or if adjustments are needed. If it has been some time since the patient has taken the medication, we will begin with a lower dosage and offer a complimentary boost midway through the week if needed. Depending on the duration of time the patient has been off the medication, a wellness exam may also be required.
It is important to note that the monthly fees stated apply solely to new clients of Semaglutide, while the cost of your injections will be determined by the quantity of product you were utilizing beforehand.
